About Nancy

Nancy believes that everyone deserves to know and feel God’s inclusive, abundant and everlasting love. Nancy desires for people to truly know and trust that God has a great plan for us all, plans for us to prosper, give us hope and a future, even when we may feel lost (Jeremiah 29:11).

Nancy has worked as an Independent Business Consultant and CEO in the field of personal and professional development and coaching since the 1980s. Along with her husband Jim, she's helped many companies overcome organizational and interpersonal challenges in order to reach and exceed their goals. Their mission is to create a more positive and inclusive work environment for both staff and customers.
Nancy and Jim are both originally from the Queensbury, New York area but didn’t meet until they both returned home after several years away. They married in 1977 and had the joy of raising two amazing daughters. They are also blessed with a wonderful son-in-law and a four-year-old grandson who is the joy of their lives!
Together, Nancy and Jim served as Bible study facilitators and mentors to many. For 15 years, Nancy volunteered as a member of the National Ski Patrol at West Mountain in Queensbury. Another volunteer opportunity she enjoyed was taking her therapy dog, Charlie Brown, to a local nursing facility, bringing joy and smiles to many!
Nancy has felt blessed to have served on the board of the Glens Falls Family YMCA and on the board of a local women's ministry, Hope For A Woman’s Heart.
She stands strong in the belief that overcoming any obstacle is possible through Christ (Philippians 4:13). May God‘s light and love, unite us all, help us to serve those in need, and live out the purposes He has for us every day. May the Lord bless you and keep you. (Numbers 6:24–26).
